Attorney Kirk MacGregor of Grangeville, ID; ethical ogre

The state of Idaho presented Kirk A. MacGregor with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated rules relating to special responsibilities of a Prosecutor
• Failed to advise defense counsel of monitoring of defendant’s cell phone use
• Failed to disclose evidence tending to exonerate defendant to defense counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Kirk by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Kirk practices with MacGregor Law LLC in Grangeville, Idaho.
