The state of Idaho presented Bryan Scott Storer with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.
The Idaho Bar Counsel found Clayne guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to serve several defendants on client’s behalf in personal injury matter

Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s discovery requests

Failed to communicate with client

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Failed to file response to opposing counsel’s motion to compel discovery and for the award of attorney fees and costs

Failed to respond to motion to award fees of $435.00 to opposing counsel

Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s supplemental discovery request

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Failed to keep client advised of status of legal matter
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
