Attorney Bryan Storer of Boise, ID; ethical goblin

The state of Idaho presented Bryan Scott Storer with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Clayne guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to withdraw when withdrawal was mandated
  • Knowingly disobeyed a rule of a tribunal
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Failed to serve several defendants on client’s behalf in personal injury matter
  • Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s discovery requests
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to file response to opposing counsel’s motion to compel discovery and for the award of attorney fees and costs
  • Failed to respond to motion to award fees of $435.00 to opposing counsel
  • Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s supplemental discovery request
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client advised of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Bryan practices with Storer & Associates PLLC at 4850 North Rosepoint Way in Boise, Idaho.
