Attorney Rocky Wixom of Idaho Falls; ethical dwarf

The state of Idaho presented Rocky Lawrence Wixom with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Rocky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to take steps to protect client’s interests after discharge
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Nawrath by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Rocky.
