Attorney Donna Green of Honolulu; thieving loser

The state of California presented Donna Davis Green with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Whittier University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel Bar found Donna guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated [stole] client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Committed multiple acts of misappropriation and commingling of client funds
• Failed to perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of trust account
• Failed to maintain required trust account records
• Violated or attempted to violate the rules of professional conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hawaii Supreme Court punished Donna by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Donna practices with Ryan & Associates at 1003 Bishop Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
