Attorney Ralph Villani of Gainesville, GA; cheating loser

The state of Georgia presented Ralph James Villani with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Ralphie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with a client
• Failed to timely and properly respond to client inquiries
• Refused client’s demand for refund of unearned fees after paying Ralph $15,000 upfront
• Fee arbitration panel awarded the client $ 6,500, which Ralph subsequently paid
• Charged a fee that was unreasonable (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Ralphie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2022), Ralphie practices his so-called brand of law with the Villani Law Firm at 821 Dawsonville Highway in Gainesville, Georgia.
