Attorney Robert Eddleman of Carrollton, GA; repeat offender

The state of Georgia presented Robert Benjamin Eddleman with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Georgia State University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to obtain court approval to withdraw from client representation
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in intimate relationship with client’s wife
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Inherent selfish nature of misconduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Bobby practices with the Law Office of Robert B. Eddleman PC at 401 Tanner Street in Carrollton, Georgia.
