Jeffrey Grable of Marietta, GA; ethical leprechaun

The state of Georgia presented Jeffrey Bull Grable with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Atlanta Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Agreed to represent client but failed to file lawsuit on his behalf
• Failed to inform client of status of legal matter
• Failed to advise client he had closes his office
• Failed to properly maintain client’s file
• Failed to return client file to client as requested

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Jeff practices in Marietta, Georgia.
