Attorney Rodney Glass of Smyrna, GA; thieving loser

The state of Georgia presented Rodney Brandon Glass with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Mississippi College of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Rodney guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Rodney misappropriated (stole) $47,000 of his former law firm’s money and used same for his own personal use.

Because Attorney Misfits in Georgia are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Rodney was never criminally charged with grand theft.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Rodney by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Rodney practices in Smyrna, Georgia.
