Attorney David Hartin of Marietta, GA; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented David P. Hartin with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to timely file divorce order with trial court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Dave practices with The Law Office of David Hartin in Marietta, Georgia.
