Attorney Robert Altman of New Port Richey, FL; ethical elf  

The state of Florida provided Robert Nicholas Altman with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take necessary steps to supervise office employee
• Non-supervision of office employee led to her embezzling thousands of dollars from firm’s trust account
• Negligent oversight of office employee allowed her to misappropriate (steal) more the $45,000 of client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Bobby practices at 5614 Grand Blvd in New Port Richey, Florida.
