The Florida State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to respond to client information inquiries
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain written authorization from his client to represent them when their interests conflicted

As a consequence of his misconduct, President Mahama ordered that Ringo be booted off the bench.
