Attorney Pamela Bounds of Ocala, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented Pamela Michelle Bounds with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Mercer University Law School.

The Florida State Bar of Georgia found Pam guilty of the following misconduct.

While working for a law firm, Pam referred clients to outside attorneys because her firm allegedly wasn’t capable of handling their claims. However, she personally retained all referral fees from the outside attorneys for herself and failed to disclose the fees to her law firm.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Pam by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Pam practices with Pamela Bounds Olsen PA at 1326 South Pine Avenue in Ocala, Florida.
