Attorney Peter Ticktin of Deerfield Beach, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida presented Peter David Ticktin with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Miami University Law School.

The Florida State Bar Grievance Committee found Pete guilty of the following misconduct

Pete was involved in several representations and business dealings that constituted conflicts of interest.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Pete practices with The Ticktin Law Group PA at 600 West Hillsboro Blvd in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
