Attorney Kevin Proulx of DeLand, FL; ethical troll

The State of Florida provided Kevin Proulx with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

FYI: Stetson is ranked as the 150^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Florida State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond in writing to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kevin!)
• Failed to respond to the Order to Show Cause issued by the Supreme Court of Florida in the bar’s contempt proceeding against him (Up yours, said Kevin!)
• Failed to appear for pre-trial conference on client’s behalf
• Failed to appear before Circuit Court judge regarding a Order to Show Cause for his failure to appear at pre-trial conference
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and was assessed investigative costs of $1,250.00.   

As we speak, (ca. February 2023), Kevin practices his so-called brand of law with Kevin Proulx PA at 406 Pursley Drive in DeLand, Florida.
