Attorney Wendy Tornabene-Velez of Port Orange, FL; slacker, loser

The state of Maryland presented Wendy Lynn Tornabene-Velezwith a law license in 2010 after she graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Wendy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to represent her clients diligently (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with her clients
• Failed to safekeep funds in an attorney trust account
• Failed to deposit unearned fees into her attorney trust account
• Failed to maintain a record of receipt of client funds
• Failed to communicate with a client regarding the termination of her representation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Wendy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Wendy practices her so-called brand of law at 1682 Promenade Circle in Port Orange, Florida.
