Attorney David Blake of Tampa, FL; ignoramus, perjurer 

The state of Florida provided presented David Garrett Blake with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Wasn’t truthful to client regarding the progression of the client’s case
• Was not truthful in sworn statement [perjury]
• Divulged confidential client information
• Failed to provide competent representation (ignoramus)
• Failed to seek the lawful objectives of his clients
• Brought or defended an action that was clearly frivolous
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct that was contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, or good morals

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in Florida are held to a much lower standard of conduct Davey was never criminally charged with perjury.
