Attorney James Smith III of Windemere, FL; dimwitted slacker

The state of Florida provided James Wesley Smith III with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Duke University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to diligently handle several client appeals result in the Fifth District Court of Appeal issuing orders sanctioning his conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Jimmy practices his brand of law at 9100 Conroy Windermere Road in Windermere, Florida.
