Attorney Alberto Batista of Naples, FL; moronic slacker

The state of Florida presented Alberto Victor Batista with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter
• Failed promptly comply with reasonable requests for information
• Failed to provide competent representation to a client (moron)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2019) Al practices at 9853 Tamiami Trail North in Naples, Florida.
