Attorney Steven Bornstein of Hollywood, FL; idiotic slacker

The state of Florida presented Steven Lee Bornstein with a law license in 1979 after he graduated Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to keep client informed about status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Stevie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak(ca. January 2019)  Stevie practices with Steven L. Borstein PA at 9950 Stirling Road in Hollywood, Florida.
