Attorney Henrietta Pace of Miami, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida presented Henrietta Jo Pace with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Henrietta guilty of the following misconduct.

• Represented client with adverse interests of another client
• Entered into business transaction with client or knowingly acquired an ownership, possessory, security, or other pecuniary interest adverse to a client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Henrietta by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
