Attorney John Bischof of Tallahassee; cheater, repeat offender

 

The state of Pennsylvania provided John Loring Bischof with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

 

The State Bar Court of Florida found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Johnny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to communicate with his clients
  • Closed his office without informing his clients
  • Failed to return filing fees to clients (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonition. 

 

Johnny’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to advise client he was closing his practice
  • Failed to respond to repeated client calls
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to seek contracted for client objectives
  • Improper termination of client representation
  • Charged and/or collected excessive fees (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

 

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Johnny practices with John Loring Bischof PA at 3909 Reserve Drive in Tallahassee, Florida.
