Attorney Laura Wisoker of Viera, FL; slacker

The state of Florida presented Laura Diane Wisoker with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from American University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Laura guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Made unprofessional social media posts statements attacking criminal justice system
• Admitted to trial judge unprepared for client’s felony trial
• Argumentative with court a hearing
• Made derogatory statements in court about court personnel

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Laura by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Laura practices at 7331 Office Park Place in Viera, Florida.
