Attorney Chris Borgia of Coral Gables, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida presented Chris R. Borgia with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected clients’ disability claims
• Failed to pursue appeal on client’s behalf
• Failed to keep clients informed about status of their cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license. He was also ordered to pay restitution of nearly $6,600 to three former clients (victims)

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Chris practices at 4000 Ponce De Leon Blvd in Coral Gables, Florida.
