Attorney John Barrett of Gulf Breeze, FL; cheating loser

The state of Florida provided John Cotter Barrett with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly maintain client trust account
• Failed to deliver funds owing to clients
• Failed to complete service of client’s complaint on defendant
• Failure to perfect service of complaint led to dismissal of client’s lawsuit
• Failed to account for balance of costs to his clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Johnny practices with the Barrett Law Office at 4118 Oak Pointe Drive in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
