Attorney Thomas Baratta Jr. of Naples, FL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Thomas Charles Baratta, Jr. with a law license in 1970.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy signed a blank personal financial statement that was later completed with false information and used in support of his application for a bank loan.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (April 2016), Tommy practices with the Collier County Attorney’s Office at 3299 East Tamiami Trail in Naples, Florida.
