Attorney Carole Bess of Merritt Island, FL; ethical misfit  

The state of Florida presented Carole Suzanne Bess with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Stamford University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Carole guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required trust accounting records
• Failed to follow minimum required trust accounting procedures
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Carole by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015),l Carole practices with Bess & Freyberg at 101 North Plumosa Street in Merritt Island, Florida.
