Attorney Elmer Ellis of DC; moronic loser

The District of Columbia Bar presented Elmer Douglass Ellis with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Elmer guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file appellate on client’s behalf
• Failed to respond to court notices to file appellate brief
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Elmer by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Elmer practices with The Ellis Law Office at 1818 Eleventh Street NW in Washington, DC.
