Attorney Lynne Bernabei of Washington DC; ethical dwarf 

The DC Bar presented Lynne Bernabei with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Lynne guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, while retained to represent a client, who served as in-house counsel for a corporation, in an administrative action for wrongful discharge, Lynne knowingly assisted the client, in violating the Rules of Professional Conduct, by revealing the former employer’s confidences and secrets.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Lynne by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Lynn practices at 1400 16^th Street NW in Washington, DC.
