Attorney David Vincent of DC; ethical misfit

The District of Columbia presented David Vincent with a law license in 1997.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to determine procedural posture of client matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Dave practices in Washington, DC.
