Attorney John Murray of Georgetown, DE; ethical dwarf

The state of Delaware presented John M. Murray with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Southern Illinois University Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found John guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct that was degrading, undignified or discourteous to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct aimed at avoiding court appointments
  

John found it acceptable to engage in a variety of misconduct aimed at the courts in order to avoid appointments by Family Court judges.

As a consequence of his most recent misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Melvin by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) John continues to practice in the Georgetown, Delaware area.
