Attorney Bonnie Benson of Camden, DE;  tax cheat

The state of Delaware presented Bonnie M. Benson with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from Temple University Law School.

The Delaware Supreme court found Bonnie guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to promptly deliver funds owed to client
  2. Failed to respond to repeated requests from client
  3. Failed to provide full accounting of client property to client
  4. Failed to properly maintain law practice books and record
  5. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  6. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct over an extended period of time
Bonnie failed to pay federal and state employee and employer taxes owed for her law practice in a timely manner over the course of at least four (4) years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Bonnie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2012) Bonnie practices with Bonnie M. Benson, PA at 306 East Camden Wyoming Avenue in Camden, Delaware.

On her self-serving website at www.bonniebenson.com, Bonnie makes no mention that she was found guilty of the misconduct set forth above. Apparently she decided to conceal this information for fear that it might limit her future victim pool.
