Attorney Gerard Gray of Smyrna, DE; ethical gremlin

The state of Delaware presented Gerard F. Gray with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the College of William & Mary Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to have reasonable safeguards in place which would insure an accurate accounting of his law firm’s financial books
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to pay tax obligations in timely manner
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Misrepresented (lied) to Supreme Court re: status of financial records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Jerry practices with Gerry Gray Law at 22 South Delaware Avenue in Smyrna, Delaware.
