The state of Connecticut provided Bruce Chamberlain with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

 

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Bruce’s 1stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

  • Knowingly made a statement of fact or law to a tribunal
  • Failed to advise trial court that client was engaged in criminal or fraudulent conduct related to the proceedings
  • Unlawfully obstructed a party’s acces

     

    s to evidence or unlawfully altered, destroyed or conceal a document having potential evidentiary value
  • Knowingly disobeyed a court order
  • Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communications

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

  • Failed to provide adequate written fee agreement to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Bruce by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Bruce practices at 400 Bayonet Street in New London, Connecticut.
