Attorney Paul Garlinghouse of New Haven, CT; moronic cheater

The state of Connecticut provided Paul Arthur Garlinghouse with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from City College of New York (CUNY) Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Paulie!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Charged or attempted to collect an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds belonging to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Paulie practices at 171 Orange Street in New Haven, Connecticut.
