The Statewide Grievance Committee found Traci guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to expedite client’s litigation
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation of the court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Deliberately violated five (5) court orders to appear in court

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Traci by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Traci practices with the Valery Law Offices LLC in Meriden, Connecticut.
