Attorney Arnold Sholovitz of Simsbury, CT; slacker, serial offender

The state of Connecticut provided Robert Shluger with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the Western New England College School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In addition to the misconduct set forth below, Arnie’s law license was suspended for his failure to pay an annual fee amounting to a measly $75 to the Client Security Fund, which was set up to reimburse clients who were cheated by their attorneys.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Arnie by gifting his a complimentary reprimand.
