Attorney Scott Garver of Waterbury, CT; serial offender, slacker

The state of Connecticut presented Scott A. Garver with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Statewide Greivance Committee found Scottie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Scottie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received three complimentary (3) suspensions of his law license and one complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Greivance Committee punished Scottie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Scottie practices at 21 West Main Street in Waterbury, Connecticut.
