Attorney Robert Wynne of Glastonbury, CT; cheating Dumbo

The state of Connecticut presented Robert O. Wynne with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Statewide Greivance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly lied that checks were in the mail
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Lied that he had mailed check when in fact he didn’t do so until six months later
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Collected unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to pay medical provider lien upon receipt of settlement funds
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bobby!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Greivance Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Bobby practices with the Wynne Law Group LLC at 2534 Main Street in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
