Attorney Jeffrey Cohen of Hamden, CT; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Connecticut presented Jeffrey B. Cohen with a law license in 2003.

The Statewide Greivance Committee found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Made a false statement of fact or law to a tribunal or failed to correct a false statement of material fact or law that he previously to a tribunal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Greivance Committee punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Jeff practices with The Law Offices of Jeffrey B. Cohen at 3000 Whitney Avenue in Hamden, Connecticut.
