Attorney Robert Henry of Simsbury, CT; imbecile, repeat offender

The state of Connecticut provided Robert Edwin Henry with a law license in 1999.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Filed to consult with client about how client objectives were to be accomplished
• Failed to inform client of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to terminate representation when required to so act
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
