Attorney John Callahan of Middletown, CT; imbecilic slacker

The state of Connecticut provided John William Callahan with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Valparaiso University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to register office address with Grievance Committee as required
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to action regarding client’s property matters
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Charged a clearly unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Johnny practices with Dzialo Pickett and Allen at 148 Broad Street in Middletown, Connecticut.
