Attorney James Delaney of New Britain, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided James C. Delaney with a law license in 1992.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Provided no communications in writing to the client outlining research performed on the paternity issue or the scheduling of future court hearings
• Failed to return a number of client’s phone calls

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Jimmy practices at 55 Brittany Farms Road in New Britain, Connecticut.
