Attorney Richard Carella of Middletown, CT; ethical leprechaun 

The state of Connecticut provided Richard D. Carella with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to advise trial court judge of conflict of interest
• Dick’s conflict of interest materially limited his representation of client
• Failed to properly supervise subordinate attorneys in his office
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Dick practices with Updike Kelly & Spellacy PC at 203 Main Street in Middletown, Connecticut.
