Attorney Michael Glaser of Denver; lying loser

The District of Columbia presented Michael L. Glaser with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike found it acceptable to file a nonresidential attorney pro hac vice application, with the Arizona Corporation Commission, that contained representations he knew, or should have known, were false and failing to correct those representations.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Mike practices with Michael L. Glaser LLC at 1720 South Bellaire Street in Denver, Colorado.
