Attorney Robert Jones of Colorado Springs; ethical gremlin

The state of Colorado presented Robert D. Jones with a law license in 1995.

Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with several clients
• Abandoned the cases of at least three clients
• Held in contempt by trial court for failing to follow court orders in his own divorce proceeding
• Failed to appear in court for sentencing on contempt charge lodged against him
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Bobby!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. September 2014), Bobby practices in the Colorado Springs area.
