Attorney Robert Ingram of Ft. Collins, CO; convicted felon

The state of Wyoming presented Robert W. Ingram with a law license in 2005.

The Disciplinary Board found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.

Robert pled guilty to the charge of Aiding and Abetting Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony.

The facts regarding the events that resulted in Robert pleading guilty involved Robert, his wife and a confidential informant. Robert was a participant in communications arranging for and resulting in the delivery of “ecstasy” to the confidential informant. The delivery took place within 500 feet of the boundaries of property used by a school district.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license..

It must be comforting to the folks living in Fort Collins to know that there is yet another convicted felon practicing law in their area.
