Attorney William Finn of Denver, CO; lying loser

The state of South presented William Ryan Finn with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from the Western New England School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • In two different client matters, Billy told his clients that the opposing parties had made
  • settlement offers, even though no such offers to settle had been made
  • Provided false information to his clients about the fictitious settlement offers in multiple emails
  • Included in his case notes a reminder to re-issue one of the non-existent settlement checks
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to explain a matter so as to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Billy failed to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.mydenveraccidentlawfirm.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Billy practices with Levine Law LLC at 4500 Cherry Creek Drive South in Denver, Colorado.
