Attorney Linda Stanley of Lakewood, CO; slacker, loser

The state of Colorado presented Linda Stanley with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Linda guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to protect client interests upon termination
• Revealed confidential client information without client consent
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to give client actual notice of her intent to withdraw

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Linda practices at 1881 Pierce Street in Lakewood, Colorado.
