Attorney Andrew Feldman of Denver, CO; deceitful slacker

The state of Colorado provided Andrew Thomas Feldman with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to submit a brief in a client’s appeal of the denial of her Social Security Disability Insurance claim
• Failed to explain to client why her SSDI appeal was denied
• Failed to adequately communicate with his client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Despite repeated requests about status of her case, Andy continually failed to advise her that her SSDI appeal had been denied

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him, with a complimentary censure.
