Attorney David Furtado Denver, CO; deceitful loser

The state of Alabama presented David Jeffrey Furtado with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Failed to disclose to Wells Fargo bank that he opened two accounts on behalf of medical-marijuana companies
• Davey knew that Wells Fargo did not allow accounts to be opened for medical-marijuana businesses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Davey practices with the Furtado Law Firm LLC at 3773 East Cherry Creek North in Denver, Colorado.
